￡60 first hour, ￡50 for every hour after, 1 hours minimum charge, every hour after is billed in 30 minute increments. Any materials used or purchased for a job is added onto the invoice in addition to the labour charge. And this is charged with a 20﹪ markup fee. Any parking charges or ULEZ/ congestion charges related with the job is added in addition to the labour charge. Time taken to source Materials needed to complete a job is chargeable labour time. Quotes are free. Any jobs that include plumbing or electrical elements will be charged at ￡85 first hour and then ￡70 per hour until them elements are finished, then it will be back to ￡50 per hour. Longer jobs are priced at ￡300 per day depending on the scale of the job/location. jobs in the London postal code area will be￡70 first hour, then ￡60 for every hour after. Jobs start from when I arrive, and finish when my tools are packed away. I respond to all requests myself so please be patient! I respond fastest on WhatsApp.

If you would like a fixed price quote instead of an hourly/ daily rate, please contact me and I can provide quotes. some jobs I will give you a fixed price quote, this means it will not be done on a hourly rate, but for the fixed price given.
